Which class should I choose?

To help you choose which class to book:
 

  • Monday at Ridgewood Village Hall has two options - a beginner class, followed by an intermediate/advanced class straight after.
     

  • Thursday evening and Saturday morning classes are mixed ability.

 


What are the different levels you can choose from?
 

  • Mixed Ability Pilates is ideal if you’re new to Pilates or returning to exercise. You’ll be guided through gentle options to build strength and control, with progressions available if you’ve done Pilates before.
     

  • Intermediate / Advanced Pilates - Best if you already have some Pilates experience or exercise regularly. These classes use more challenging exercises and progressions to further improve strength, stability and body awareness.
